Private Custom Parties (based on availability), and advanced reservations only. Let us put together a package just for your event. Optional upgrades can include decorations, cake, cupcakes, craft, customized satin robes, favors, food, games, lunch, Magical Mermaid Mimosa Bar, etc. 

 

Parties include Spa Treatments & Therapies to make your party perfect - Massage, Facials, Lashes, Brows, Manis, Pedis, Sparkling Mermaid Hair, & more. Leave the work to us!  It is advised to book your party well in advance to ensure availability.

 

Your event can be as simplistic or as over-the-top as you prefer.  Basic spa parties include your choice of services, options,  or spa packages for each member of your party. Choose one of our Client-Favorite Party Plans, choose from our many Spa Packages, or let us put together a custom party plan for your group.

Information:

• Most spa parties start at 10AM.

• Complimentary Beverages - Champagne, Wine, Barefoot Cocktails, Sparkling Flavored Water, Sodas, Coffee, Tea, and Water.  

• Complimentary Charcuterie included for all parties.  

• Brunch &/or Dessert Tray available for $20 per tray

• All other pricing is custom-quoted at the time of inquiry. 

• Please Note:  Party length is directly influenced by the number of guests. Normally, 8 is the maximum number of guests per party.  For the larger parties such as for 8 guests, you should expect to be at the spa for much longer than a single guest's services.  It is wise to advise your guests of this so they understand what to expect.  Typically, a spa party includes a day of sharing, talking, laughter,  munchies, beverages, relaxation and fun. It is not simply individual spa services as that is not a party.  At your request, we will be happy to set up a craft table such as diamond painting, glass painting, etc..... for an additional fee.  Based on availability, your guests are welcome to add-on extra services. We will provide the space, food, beverage, and some great relaxing services.  But if you feel your group may enjoy additional elements, please make certain you mention this when your party is in the planning stage.   It is our goal for you to love your time spent at Barefoot and for your Spa Party to be a wonderful memory.

Terms:

• We require a single Contact Person for all parties of 4 or more at Barefoot on the Beach.

• Nonrefundable Booking Fee $100.  ($250 Sundays - per availability)*

• *(Reservation of date requires Nonrefundable Booking Fee).

• Sunday Spa Parties - Requires Minimum Group Service Value of $1800 Plus.

• 50% Minimum Deposit of Total Spa Party Pricing and Signed Agreement Required to Confirm Booking and initiate planning. You have the responsibility to review the details and pricing prior to signing the Spa Party Agreement.  No changes will be made on the day of the party unless for an additional service that we can accommodate. 

• Remaining Balance & Gratuity - Due 5 days prior to date of spa party via auto charge to card on file. 

• We require single contact person "payor" for all services including initial deposit and final amounts due with their single credit card on file. 

• *Required Gratuity for Therapists - 25% (30% for Sundays).**

• **Gratuity will be auto charged with final payment due 5 days prior to party unless we are advised earlier that Gratuity will be paid in CASH on the day of the party.  

• 50% Refund with less than 5 days notice of cancellation for all parties. 

• NO REFUNDS WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION.

Call us at (302) 727-5025 to Book your Spa Party.  A non-refundable booking fee of $100 with your credit card authorization on file, will reserve your date and time.  Confirmation of party intent includes 50% of total party pricing along with signed agreement. The balance and a minimum 25% gratuity will automatically processed 5 days prior to the scheduled event. If you do not wish Gratuity to be auto charged, you must notify us in advance of your intention to pay all Gratuity in CASH on the day of the party. For cancellations with less than 5 days notice, 50% of the party cost will be refunded within 10 days. However, there is no refund for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or less.
