Barefoot Spa Membership
The savings you will enjoy with a Spa Membership can help you to make wellness, self-care, and longevity a priority in your life. Active Spa Memberships, include your choice of one or two 60 minute massage(s) or facial(s) each month, depending on your membership. You will also qualify for a 10% discount on retail purchases and additional spa services, for the duration of your membership.
Paid in Full Spa Memberships
When you purchase a Fully Paid Annual Membership, you have access to all membership services immediately. You can spread your services over 12 months, or book multiple services during certain months. This is an economical way to book multiple spa services for a personal spa day. (Maximum of 3 services allowed per month)

Includes TWO 60 minute Barefoot Signature Massages or Barefoot Babe Signature Facials per month or one of each.
Plus 10% discount on all retail products & additional spa services.
$1700/Annual Paid in Full Membership or $150 per month (with authorized credit card on file & active membership)
Membership Upgrades & Substitutions
Included Membership Services can be traded for any same price or lower price Massage or Facial. They can also be traded for higher priced services for the additional service cost.
Monthly Memberships can be used for appointments during normal business hours
We recommend that you book your next member service appointments in advance to ensure availability of desired day/time.
Monthly memberships begin on the 1st of the month and expire on the last day of the calendar month.
All members are auto charged by our secure billing system on or around the 28th day of the month prior to the month of membership services, or upon enrollment.
Members are required, per the Membership Agreement, to notify Barefoot on the Beach in writing of any change in credit card or account information on file 7 days prior to the next scheduled payment.
Payment Authorization form is required and available on membership agreement.
Members agree to follow the Rules & Regulations. We maintain the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason.
New Members should plan to arrive 20 mins prior to scheduled appointment to satisfy paperwork requirements.
All other Members should plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointments to ensure your full session. Session time includes 10 minutes for dressing and consultation. A 60 min session includes 50 minutes of hands-on service and 10 minutes for consultation and dressing. A 90 min session includes 80 minutes of hands-on service and 10 minutes of consultation and dressing.
If you fail to provide 24 hour notice of cancellation, the reservation will be forfeited for the respective month.
Same day cancellations or less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price..
If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for any additional scheduled services that you have reserved for the same day.
If contract is cancelled, there will be a six month waiting period before client is eligible to purchase a new spa membership.
Memberships are not transferable.
Each membership offers a set allocation of services per month.
Memberships do not include Lash Extensions, Tanning, Yoga., or Reiki. .
Membership Pricing cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
Spa Membership does not include gratuities for your therapist (_______Initial)

The monthly membership fee is specified above, and as long as I am enrolled in this membership, this fee will be charged automatically to my credit/debit card on or around the 28th day of the month prior to the scheduled month of service. As long as my membership is active and paid accordingly, I will be considered a member in good standing.
For active members, services that are unused do not expire and can be saved as credit for the next month.
If you fail to provide 24 hour notice for cancellation, the reservation will be forfeited for the respective month.
This membership is non-transferable.
Spa Membership does not include gratuities for you therapists.
Memberships may be utilized at any time during normal business hours, as appointments available.
Membership pricing may not be combined with any other promotional offer.
Memberships are for a term of 12 months. I understand my card will be automatically charged on or around the 28th day of the month preceding the month of service for each of 12 consecutive months. A cancellation fee of $100 will be automatically be charged if I terminate prior to a term of 12 months. _________(initials). This membership is self-renewing, and will remain active past the 12 month period, unless cancelled 30 days prior to the annual membership anniversary date. To continue membership past the annual anniversary date, no action is required by either party. I realize that I must provide a 7-day notice of cancellation prior to the 28th of the month in which I wish to cancel my membership, and understand that, in order to successfully cancel this automatic charge, this written notice must be received by Barefoot on the Beach a full 7 days prior to the 28th of the month.
