If you are purchasing a spa package, while your purchase locks in the pricing for the package, in the event of future price increases or discontinuance of a specific package, the package price guarantee is valid only for 1 year past the purchase date. Physical copies of digital gift card purchases are not mailed, but available as a digital download. Any difficulty with the instant download should be reported to the spa promptly so that the proper correction can be addressed, as failure to receive the instant download is not a valid reason for gift card refund.
