When we reserve your appointment, we reserve this space for you, and will not take this time away for any other client. We ask that if you must cancel, you kindly give us 48 hours notice. We now require Credit Card Authorization at time of booking for all services totaling $100 or more for automatic payment processing 48 hours prior to your service. However, your full payment will be refunded with your courteous 24 hour notice of cancellation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or "No Shows", will receive a total refund equal to 50% of booked services. While we are grateful that we have not experienced many "No Shows" or Late Notice Cancellations, we have had a few, which is not fair to the other clients who needed an appointment, and not fair to our Therapists who sometimes come in just for a scheduled appointment, and not fair for lost revenue to our new spa which is also a small business who has been and continues to be impacted by the pandemic. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter, and please know that we appreciate each of our clients and always strive to provide excellent therapeutic value and ultimate relaxation.
